What a 5star surprise! Visited Chiang Mai to do the Mae Hong Son Loop & we had to visit Runstock knowing they do performance Harley's. OUF who is the main guy in charge, was full knowledge explaining to us his vision and passion for motorcycles. The shop is fully loaded with performance parts!

They recently did some service for me, including a clutch replacement, which was almost half the price of the dealer. The owner is really knowledgeable and friendly, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. They also have their own Dyno, which there are only a few of in Chiang Mai. I highly recommend them for Harley Service.

It’s seem like a professional garage for HD, but the service was not acceptable, lack of enthusiastic, I would like to buy a Ohlins suspension for my HD, but it was out of stock need to order, ask me to leave my contact, they said it’ll be take around 4 months, after 4 months I called and asking my suspension but still not arrive yet, after that I did not call again, even after more than one year now still no response, made me feel like they only provide the services to the customer who willing to fully customise their bikes only, I’m not recommend😰 That was the only guy at the shop when I’m visited, I don’t know his name, he look like a technician, it was on November 2023, I told him I’m willing to buy the suspension of Ohlins HD774 for my Electra Glide, he said no stock need to order, probably need to take around 4 months, he did not ask me to pay any deposit, just ask me to leave my contact, he said will contact me when the stock resume, so when I called back on March 2024, the staff said no stock still, and the manner of speaking seem not willing to help for order, so I did not call and visit again afterwards 😔

Lots of aftermarket part bit quite expensive if lower price given for sure lots of customer... But overall good...
