เจ้าของร้านเป็นกันเอง ครอบครัวช่างน่ารักมีลูกชายมาทักทายสวัสดีด้วย จักรยานเด็ก ก็ช่วยดูทำให้จนใช้การได้ ลูกดีใจมาก ว่าจักรยานใช้การได้แล้ว ชมคุณอาช่าง ว่าใจดีและให้คำแนะนำเรื่องจักรยานด้วย ราคาน่ารัก ต้องมาเป็นลูกค้าประจำแล้วล่ะ ร้านอาคารพาณิชย์ 2 ชั้น มีจักรยาน แบบเสือภูเขา และเห็นมีถ้วยรางวัลด้วย ช่างน่าจะ เป็นนักแข่งจักรยาน

ช่างไข่เป็นนักแข่งจักรยานเสือภูเขา มีประสบการณ์ในการซ้อมมาหลายสิปปี เราชาวภูเก็ตต้องสนับสนุนเพราะเป็นร้านเล็กๆ เปิดทุกวัน ไม่แพง กันเอง นิสัยดีมาก ผมเอาไปซ้อมทุกคันเลยครับ. Engineer kai (mean egg in Thai) has long experience in bicycle repairing, he is local and very friendly. He was top mountain bike racer with so many awards. I took all my 4 bikes to tune my gear, recheck all systems, I strongly recommended as it is opened every day and very reasonable fee. You will love them, lets support local shop like this as they have limited resource to open big shop. Pisit, who reviewed 1 star is the owner or Engineer Kai himself but he might not understand about the star so he gave himself 1 star, in Thai mean Number One so it is like Thump up. This made me confuse about their low rating. It was misunderstood by the owner on rating.

Amazing service, top quality engineer, so friendly and more than fair pricing. This was not the first bike shop I went to on the island - the first seemed busy sitting on his phone and didn't want anything to do with helping repair our bikes or even talking to us, I hope he is okay. We ended up here by luck, the name was only in thai so it didn't show up when I searched but it did for some helpful staff at our hotel. We got one bike out to Khai who immediately got to work and for a very reasonable price fixed two spokes (300 baht per spoke) gave it a full clean (500 baht) and now it looked better than it ever had, and then fixed the rear deraulier. When going to pick up that bike (my partners) when I saw the quality of work I was honestly blown away, I immediatly decided to leave my bike for a service. Khai kindly offered delivery (at cost of grab rounded up) as I had a particular time frame. In the end he opened the store earlier to help us get the bikes. Thank you wonderful people, what an awesome place!

Khun Gai is thorough and competent. He's replaced many worn bearings for me, rebuilt wheels, serviced forks, and always friendly and helpful. The first time I visited his shop many years ago he showed me round a short bike track he and others had built on the edge of the nearby reservoir.
