จากประสบการณ์ที่ได้ไปใช้บริการมานั้น จัดได้ว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์เหมาะสมกับการบริการ ไม่แพงจนเกินไป รับได้กับการบริการที่ครบวงจร การบริการได้มาตรฐานสากล โดยการรับรองของ UCI. แก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าได้ดี. ต่างจากร้านบางร้านในย่านเดียวกัน ที่ดูดีแต่การบริการแบบมือสมัครเล่น แก้ปัญหาให้ลูกค้าไม่ได้ส่วนมากจะให้ลูกค้าซื้ออะไหล่ใหม่อย่างเดียว โดยที่ไม่แก้ปัญหาก่อน. ผมจึงตัดสินใจไปใช้บริการที่ร้าน Bike Center Phuket. ที่ได้มาตรฐานและดีที่สุดเท่าที่เคยใช้บริการมา.

I recommend this Bike Center Phuket located at the end of Kwang Rd. Chalong Phuket. . I rode a bicycle for a long time from Korea. In Bangkok, I lived in Langsuan, behind Lumpini Park, and rode my bike at Lumpini Park and Bankra chao. So I have my own standards for bicycle accessories and repair costs. Here, the owner of the Bike Center Phuket does not call the price high. The feeling of this bike shop owner is honest, capable, and doing his best. Some shops demand too high prices for foreigners. This is a reliable bicycle shop.

Recently major decline in level of service which affects old and new customers . I would choose different shop for better reliable service untill they bring back the reliable service . Different price for falang vs Thai or Proffesional riders vs intermediate. Overpricing for parts and labor if they think you are a green in cycling. Details review: I ride with both Thai friends and foreigners and unfortunately we share the same conclusion of the last year especially when Covid 19 hit the island. Major points : 1.Higher price for falang vs Thai for same issue 2.Making double profit on labor and on the part Best practice : Check the prices of parts they offer you compare on Lazada and BKK dealers ,mostly they double the price in this shop ! 3.Most of common issues such as part replacing , hydraulic breaks system bleeding ,fixing etc -labor should cost 250-300 baht make sure to fix the price in advance ! 3.Make sure they Write down the price they offer and part full name and # number .They tend to avoid giving official warranty paper and recipt so you have no original warrant for brands such as Shimano deore.and others . 4.Most important : make sure they do test drive after fixing -so you will not find issues on your next ride and they will decline responsibility. Hope old times will come back . Hoped I helped out riders community.

Made an appointment using the Whatsapp link on the Facebook page, including asking for stock and availability. When I got there he said to leave the bike and come back tomorrow, even though he saw me ride in on the bike. Impolite and dismissive throughout. Apparently the wife handles customer communication.

Visited this morning. There were some language issues at first. Although the woman speaks good English when she came. The guy knew his stuff. Rode my bike, from the sound it made knew what the issue was. Fixed the problem.

I went to this shop to buy bicycle clothes. Good service and I got what a looked for. It seem that they have a good selection of the things you need for your mtb or race bike.

Good service!!! Have a problem with mu BMC TM01, this problem was solved at 20 minutes, price is cheap!!! Really good master!!
