I came in with a very vague problem — something just felt off with the sound and power of my bike. They picked it up for free, checked everything thoroughly, and then called me to explain the situation. According to them, the bike was generally fine, apart from some worn parts, which I agreed with. That’s the kind of thing you only really notice if you own the bike and ride it regularly over a longer period of time. They didn’t give up on the issue though. Instead, they suggested an ECU flash that could improve both the power delivery and the overall feel of the bike. They clearly explained all the advantages as well as the downsides (mainly that you lose warranty — which wasn’t an issue for me). After that, they worked their magic. I got the bike back feeling completely different. It’s more agile, noticeably faster, and even the sound is much more satisfying. It’s only been about a month so far, but I’ve had zero issues — only improvements. They also took care of some routine work: oil change, brake pads replacement, replacing bent handlebars, and installing a better air filter. I honestly thought all the really good big bike mechanics were only in Chiang Mai, but I was wrong. Bangkok has this shop!

They’ve fixed and unclogged my bike. Bike runs like new now. The team is all professionals and I was positively surprised by the high quality experience, both in the communication and the work done.
