I honestly can’t recommend this company enough. I rented a 900cc from these, being a bike in the uk the bike was Mechanically sound and had plenty of power. The stores owner and Representatives was really nice and really well spoke in English which always helps. I can honestly say I felt safe leaving my passport here being a first time visitor to Thailand. The price was Negotiated fairly which was 1000% happy with I paid 3000 Baht for 2 days for a 900cx up to date bike. In the Negotiation we agreed if the bike wasn’t Comfortable for my girlfriend on the seat as it was a sports bake we could swap it at any time, which we chose to do one the second day. They checked my bike all was good I was it for a 750cc which was just as fun as the other bike I rented. The only one and major thing I could say is the Helmets could have been better but if your that Concerned they have a wide Selection of helmets you can buy. Thank you again for an amazing experience visiting Thailand letting me tent your bikes.

I had a broken left rear view mirror on my scooter. Showed the issue to one of the mechanics working on some other motorbike, he said okay and sent me to the cashier. I explained the issue, she understood and told me the price is 250 baht (which surprised me nicely). I paid, got the receipt and after few minutes of work I got tqo brand new rear view mirrors. Everything went smooth, so I would definitely recommend coming here for repairs if you need them.

Really bad experience here. Went to rent a bike for a month. It was hard to get anyone interested to help finally they assigned a young guy to help who obviously wasn't experienced. I asked him for a quote and after much hesitation he quoted 25K baht. I had been to many places shopping around and the average was 12-15K for the same bike. I went to someone with more authority in the shop and got real attitude and also a "revised " quote of 21K. This shop is obviously there to rip of foreigners. I went and got the same bike for 10K somewhere else. Big bike's staff were really rude and uninterested. Go to shop like Sandy's Bikes or others that appreciate your business.

This shop is cheated. I sent my bike to fix I asked to change three things. They asked me to leave the bike for a couple of hours after I went to collect my bike. They gave me extra bill even I have to leave my phone number so please before you take your bike to fix the shops you have to wait and see they’re not very honest
