I don’t know what happened with ktm bike here, but my customer bike was professionally fixed. The owner is super polite, gave small consultation about what to be need fixed in the future, and show me very good attitude, so if you have problems with custom bike, hardly recommend to come here, no scam, no bad attitude, only good vibes 🤙

Got my motorcycle there like 6 weeks ago, to check what's broken and give feedback regarding the costs. During the process the shop was not able to determinate the price correctly in any way, he seemingly tried to lure money out of you, so I wrote that the bike should not be repaired but put together. 4 weeks later I asked back about the status - the shop replied, that he anyways repairs the motorcycle and parts are on the way, without any confirmation what soever. After complaining about this, no further response in any way. This will likely be a case for the lawyer, keep your hands away from that shop. Update (over 3 weeks later): Today I got the bike back, after like 4 hours of preasure through different channels. On the attached pictures u can see, how a motorcycle looks like after it went through bom's hands. I told like 20 times, that it should be put back together, and payed like twice the requested total working time for no single new part, but get it back in boxes, ripped apart and likely incomplete. This is commercial fraud and nothing else, let's see what the police says about it.

I was really happy with Bom Bigbike service. I brought them my ancient Honda CB400SF (with carburators) that I've just purchased and he did a great job at solving an issue plus doing the overall maintenance of the bike. Within 2 days bike was ready to roll. Price was fair and the owner is friendly. It will be my go to place from now on with my bike.

EXTREMELY HIGH PRICE FOR SERVICE Quoted me 800 baht just to put on some frame sliders for my CBR 500 that I already bought. Other time had my z300 for a service check up, bike was there for over 3 weeks. Every 3 days I called they said they were busy and busy and busy. I ended up getting an oil change at a different mechanic. Stay away if you value your own time and respect!

Took my 2014 PCX 150 here because my usual mechanic was too busy. Had to fix front suspension leak, replace front break pads, change rear tire and do overall service due to noise coming from the automatic gearbox... absolutely terrible result. They installed a KT Industries rear tire which after two months had a lump in it, had to replace it. Front break was abnormally stiff and noisy, felt like it could lock up at any moment. Front suspension seals were replaced but they added too much oil in the suspensions when putting it back together so there was 0 travel distance hence every tiny whole the front forks would bottom out. Throttle issue appeared out of nowhere when I got the bike back... I am extremely disappointed in the quality of their work, had to bring my bike back to my usual mechanic shop to get everything done all over again. (I own several big bikes and have been living in Phuket for 12 years, telling all my friends that ride to stay away from this place.)
