Extra Charges and Poor Communication I brought my motorbike in for an oil change and initially agreed to a price of 160 baht after some difficulty communicating in English. While waiting, I heard noises coming from the engine area. I went to investigate and discovered they were struggling to remove a bolt to drain the old oil. This bolt was in good condition during my previous oil change. After 15 minutes of trying, they damaged the bolt and had to replace it. I was charged an additional 90 baht for the new bolt, bringing the total cost to 250 baht for the oil change. The service and communication were poor. I would not recommend this workshop to others.
