Cycling Sukhothai Bicycle Tour

Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel avec Best pour découvrir la campagne de Sukhothai ! Au-delà de la simple visite, il nous a fait vivre une véritable immersion dans la vie locale. Entre les rizières, les petits villages, les marchés et les rencontres avec les habitants, tout était authentique et parfaitement organisé. Best est un guide passionné, souriant et très attentionné. Il prend le temps d’expliquer l’histoire, les traditions et le mode de vie avec beaucoup de simplicité et d’enthousiasme. On sent qu’il aime profondément sa région et qu’il a à cœur de la faire découvrir autrement que par les circuits touristiques classiques. Grâce à lui, nous avons vu un autre visage de Sukhothai, plus humain, plus vrai. Si vous voulez sortir des sentiers battus et vivre une expérience locale inoubliable, nous recommandons Best à 100 % ! Nous avons passé une incroyable journée avec Mem, une guide attentionnée, attentive, drôle et qui connaît l’arrière pays comme sa poche. Première partie de journée à vélo (très bons vélos) à la découverte des rizières, des éleveurs de coqs de combat , des artisans fabricants de meubles, des distilleries d’alcool de riz, des pêcheurs de rivière… Des lieux qu’on n’aurait jamais pu découvrir sans elle. Et au passage, dégustation d’un délicieux pad thaï vraiment local, à l’abri des zones touristiques. Le soir, déplacement en van pour admirer un phénoménal envol de chauves souris au cours d’un pique nique mémorable. Un grand merci à Mem pour cette journée hors des sentiers battus.

Cycling Sukhothai have a stupendous Historic Park tour that highlights an array of spectacular ruins and off the main road local culture. They're pick up was promptly on time. Ronny, the owner, greeted us at the bike facility before our guide began. This was hands down the best experience during my visit to Sukhothai.

We took part in two cycling tours in Sukhothai, and both were very enjoyable experiences. On the first day, we joined the Sukhothai Historical Park Day Tour with Catie as our guide. She was very friendly and well-prepared, and shared a lot of interesting information about the historical sites. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t ideal – it started raining during the tour – but Catie handled the situation very well, and we were still able to see everything as planned. The tour also included coffee and a delicious lunch, which added to the experience. On the second day, we joined the Sukhothai Countryside Tour with Mr. Best. The weather was perfect for cycling, and we had the chance to get a closer look at local life in the countryside. Mr. Best was easy-going and engaging, and shared a lot about the people, customs, and everyday life in the area. Along the way, many locals waved and greeted us, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. We were again offered coffee, soft drinks, and a tasty lunch, and even stopped by a roadside vendor to try some fried bananas and sweet potatoes. Both tours were well-organized, and the guides were attentive and professional. We look back on these days as a truly pleasant part of our trip.

We did the Sukhothai historical park tour in the morning, combined with the bat cave tour in the afternoon. Both were really worth it and our guide Kate was wonderfull.

The first tour we took was in and around historic Sukhothai and the surrounding countryside. Mem shares not only historical facts but also, in a fun way, local customs and personal details; what a fantastic guide. During the second tour, we visited the countryside and local businesses; what a wonderful and informative bike tour. We highly recommend this company; it couldn't be better. Thanks Mem.

Ottima giornata in giro in bici per il parco storico di Sukhothai accompagnati da Katty! Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Katty è stata veramente gentile e ha risposto a tutte le nostre curiosità sulla Thailandia. Il tour parte alle 8.30 e termina verso le 15.00. Sono incluse bici, ticket per i parchi, snack, acqua e il pranzo. Consigliatissimo!
