Absolutely fantastic service and great value too. Broke a spoke on my front Easton wheel which another bike shop didn't have due it being uncommon. They replaced the spoke (which they had stock of), perfectly trued the wheel, and I was back riding up Doi Suthep the next day. Very impressed with Velocity and will always be coming back here when in Chiang Mai.

Great bike shop with incredible service and friendly staff! I stoped in after snapping my seat post bolt (heavy handed), and the mechanic was able to quickly fix it, along with bleed my front brake with fresh fluid. I will definitely recommend others to stop in for a repair if local or visiting.

We are traveling by bicycle across Asia. We left our bikes for a full check-up and a wash. We got them back looking like new! Impeccable service — I can only recommend it. Go for it with your eyes closed!
